RETURNS

We are a small company operating in the UK, We take care in hand making our products and believe in solid and safe packaging.

Many of our products are custom/bespoke made, as such generally we will send out examples of the finished products or send over screen shots for way of approving the design and layout prior to us undertaking the finished product. This is normally done via email.

As such we do not normally accept returns, if we do accept a return the product must be returned and received in its original condition, all posting/shipping costs both initial and return are paid by the cistomer.  The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item/s to normally the original funding source  

please note, if an item is damaged in transit to you photos of the damaged parcel or package must be taken prior to opening  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) including earrings
